DESCRIPTION:

This balancing sculpture is a fun toy for everyone to play with at home or in the office when they can't be on the water!

This is a really fun design to look at – the fisherman looks like he's pulling the rod from side to side, while the stainless steel perch looks like it's desperately trying to wriggle free from the line.

This is one of my absolute favourite designs. I spent a lot of time grinding and welding the shape and details of the perch for the counterweight. I carefully crafted the fishing rod that the guy uses to fight the giant perch! As with all my sculptures, everything is made of solid stainless steel and started out as raw bar stock, and I had to cut and grind everything to the right size and shape.
